Concept 1) step-lunge attack, finish straight, finish with disengage, finish with counter parry-riposte.  2) same combination of faint: parry-riposte, attack preparation, counter-attack.

Technique slow front foot step forward. HAND FIRST. Bring back foot up to complete the step fast. Keep hips low in step forward. Parry four is higher which makes it stronger. EYES.

Remember Take the lesson with positive thoughts and energy. Don’t let negative thoughts about your situation seep in. It is out of your control. Keep working out what you have control over. The rest is out of your hands.
